These are the activities that currently hold most of my time and attention:
Transformetic
Transformetic originally started as a Software-as-a-Service project as a complement to Organizing for Impact by putting learning and development in the center of productivity. It is designed to support self-management structures for organizations that would like to evolve in that direction and provides tooling for more human-centric, growth-driven, and purposeful environments for maximizing impact. I am targeting early 2026 for the release of an alpha version.
Today, Transformetic is more broadly focused on providing coaching and organizational development services including leadership coaching and development, Agile implementations, adaptive teaming workshops, and impact-boosting organizational transformation guidance. In short, I provide consulting, coaching and training workshops in service to transforming conventional, hierarchical work environments to empowered, self-organizing and self-managing environments.
Leadershare Transformative Leadership Program
LeaderShare is a technology-assisted transformative leadership development program that will include a combination of assessment, practices and exercises, and both 1:1 and group coaching. More information coming in Q1 2026.
Co-Leadership Foundations Book Series
This is a series of five books focusing on developing skills and practices required to thrive in shared, co-leadership, self-managing organizations. The intent is to help people who are used to working in hierarchical environments to shift their mindsets to co-leading in distributed power and decision-making environments. Releases are planned starting in Q4 2025 and culminating in Q4 of 2026.
Food & Farming
Some tightly held beliefs I have revolve around accessible healthy food, local economy, and sustainability, and I put some of my extra time into hobbies that help me express those beliefs and share some of my passions with my community. This is also how I create balance between the career work that I pour most of my energy into and the personal pursuits that bring me wellness in multiple ways.
Valley Village Farms is the name my partner and I have given to our little farm in the mountains of Northern California, where we are situated in a very small community that only has access to fresh foods through big box stores. I maintain a market garden on this property and am a certified California Grower, which allows me to sell what I grow at my local farmer’s market on summer weekends.
Roam ‘N Ready is a cottage food business I developed and run out of my home kitchen to offer healthy freeze-dried foods to hikers who pass through our valley along the Pacific Crest Trail. It’s another way I can get what I grow in my garden out to folks who appreciate local, sustainably grown food.
